PHLPost Suspends US Mail Amid New US Customs Rules

Just a quick heads-up: Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments to the US—regardless of value—will be subject to import duties and customs clearance, due to new government regulations. Buyers are responsible for any tariffs, duties, and fees that may apply.

Please note: US buyers may experience delays due to the implementation of new tariffs. I appreciate your patience and understanding as these changes may affect delivery times for US buyers.

Additionally, please be informed that the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) has suspended acceptance of all mail and parcels bound for the United States as of August 28, 2025, until further notice. This decision follows the US government’s suspension of its duty-free de minimis exemption and the introduction of new customs requirements. Customers with items already lodged for shipment may request retrieval and refund in accordance with PHLPost guidelines.

We’ll continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available. Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this transition.
