At tinkerboy, we’re dedicated to providing you with quality parts for your projects. We understand that sometimes a product may not work as expected right out of the box.

Our policy is simple: We only accept returns and offer refunds or replacements for items that are defective upon arrival.

What to do if you receive a defective item:

1. Contact Us Promptly: Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide Proof: In your email, please include:

• Your order number.

• A clear description of the defect.

• A photo or short video showing the issue. This helps us understand the problem and process your request quickly.

Our Promise to You:

Once we receive your email and verify the defect, we will happily offer you one of the following two options:

A Full Refund: We will issue a full refund for the defective item to your original payment method.

A Free Replacement: We will send you a brand new, working replacement for the defective item, at no additional cost to you.

Please Note: What We Cannot Cover

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or offer replacements for:

• Items where you have changed your mind.

• Items that were damaged due to user error, incorrect installation, or “tinkering” accidents.
